Interior selective demolition of 7-story dormitory building adjacent to occupied structures on the site of the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA.  All interior MEP systems were PCB contaminated requiring HAZWOPER training and controls, as well as asbestos abatement.  Project also included removal of window/storefront systems and structural slab openings....

Interior selective demolition multiple floors and phases of upgrade to an active military hospital providing urgent care to combat-wounded military personnel, active duty and retired military members, and their family members. Sensitive work including structural slab openings, MEP demolition, and demolition of interior/exterior finishes was performed directly adjacent to active operating rooms and care facilities.  Infection-control and site cleaning/sterilization work was also performed on this multi-phased, multi-year project in a historical military medical facility....
